Kambal Inasal was established in early January 2023 by Mr. Stanley Umlas, who was born and raised in a family that cherished traditional filipino causines and has a fiery passion for grilling. Mr. Stanley's vision to share his culinary heritage with the world made him embark on a journey that would transform a 4-square-meter residential garage owned by his business partner. Mr. Eric Ferrer, now head of the production, into a globally acclaimed brand - Kambal Inasal. The name "Kambal" which means twin, symbolizes the essence of the offer - get two chicken inasals for the price of one.

Despite the humble beginnings, the founder's dedication to perfecting their craft and adopting the Buy 1 Take 1 concept quickly garnered attention. Word of mouth spread like wildfire as locals flocked to experience the succulent taste and tantalizing aroma of their chicken inasals.

Fueled by their early success and unwavering determination, the founder expanded their operations, opening their company-owned Kambal Inasal restaurant in Quezon City in early 2024. With its rustic ambiance and authentic Bacolod-style chicken inasal, it soon to be a beloved dining destination for locals and tourists alike.

However, the owners were not contented with just local aclaim: the dreamed of introducing Kambal Inasal to a broader audience, envisioning it as a cornerstone of Filipino causine on a national scale. With strategic planning and a focus on quality, they embarked on an ambitious expansion plan, openning its door through franchising to various parts of the Philippines.

This vision is fortified through a strategic partnership forger with SAMPD ENTERPRISES CORPORATION, led by Mr. Rommel Santos, who also serves as Kambal Inasal Foods Corp Chairman. The Collaboration with the SAMPD ENTERPRISES CORPORATION brings exciting prospects for the future, promising growth and success for all partners and consumers.
